Our services
We offer private one-to-one IB tutoring — in person in 50+ cities or online via video call with an interactive whiteboard. We cover all IB Diploma Programme subjects (SL and HL), as well as the MYP. We also offer intensive holiday revision courses and an academic guidance service for university applications.
We cover all core IB Diploma subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, English, French, History, Psychology, Computer Science, Business Management, and Theory of Knowledge (TOK). Our tutors also help with the Extended Essay and CAS portfolio.
Lessons take place via video call with an interactive shared whiteboard. The tutor and student work together in real time, just like in person. All you need is a stable internet connection and a computer or tablet. Learn more →

Our tutors
Every tutor goes through a rigorous screening process: degree and qualification checks, a one-to-one interview with our academic team, and an assessment of their teaching experience. Only qualified and motivated educators join our network. Our IB tutors are IB graduates and subject experts with an average score of 43 points.
Our academic team selects the tutor best suited to your child's profile and needs — subject, programme, level, learning style, and location. We share their detailed profile before the first lesson, and you are free to request a change if it's not a good fit.
Getting started
Fill in a short request with the subject, curriculum, student level, and your availability. Our team will get back to you promptly with a suitable tutor recommendation. Make a request →
The first lesson is a trial lesson. The tutor gets to know the student, assesses their level and needs, and proposes a personalised study plan. It's also your chance to see if it's a good fit — if not, we'll match you with someone else.
No, there is no minimum commitment. You are free to book a single lesson or set up regular sessions according to your needs. You can also go for 10, 20, or 30-hour packs to unlock discounts.
Progress & scheduling
After each lesson, the tutor writes a detailed lesson report sent to you automatically by email. You can also find all reports in the Lesson Reports section of your dashboard.
In the Calendar section of your dashboard. Your home page also shows your next scheduled lessons under "Upcoming Lessons".
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson from your dashboard. Please give at least 6 hours' notice — otherwise the lesson credit will be deducted.
Pricing & payment
Rates depend on the student's level, the subject, and the tutor's profile. You will know the exact rate before the first lesson — no surprises.
Two options:
Top up your balance yourself — From your Dashboard, click the Top up button next to "Unpaid Invoices & Credit Requests". Enter the amount and pay by card.
Credit request from our team — We send you an email with a payment request for a set number of hours. You pay online in one click.
In both cases, the credited amount feeds your Available Balance, which is then used automatically as lessons are invoiced.
Yes. All transactions are processed by Stripe, a payment provider certified to international banking standards. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
On your Dashboard, you can always see your Invoice Balance and Available Balance. For the full breakdown, go to the Billing section in the sidebar menu.
My account
From your Dashboard, click the Edit button located below your profile picture. You can update your contact details, address, and phone number.
The left sidebar menu gives you access to all sections: Dashboard (home), My Students, Calendar, Lesson Reports, Documents, and Billing.
On the login page, click Forgot password. You will receive a reset link by email. If the problem persists, contact our team.
Joining IB Tutor
Sign up through our registration form and complete your profile. A member of our recruitment team will then contact you for an interview. Your profile must be approved before you can be assigned students.
From your home page, click the My Profile tab at the top. Two essential sections to complete:
Teaching Skills — List each subject and the corresponding level you can teach.
Payout Bank Account — Enter your bank details to receive payments.
You can also add your qualifications, description, and supporting documents.
Your profile has not yet been validated by our team. Every application is reviewed individually — we will get back to you once the assessment is complete.
Finding students
Our team handles the matching process. When a request matches your profile, we assign the student to you directly. Their details appear in the My Jobs section of the sidebar menu.
After assignment, we organise a trial lesson at a date agreed with the family. Once confirmed and paid, you receive the student's details and can get in touch.
Managing lessons
Go to the Calendar section in the sidebar menu for a full overview. The My Jobs section lists all your students and associated lessons. Your Dashboard also shows a summary of the last 60 days.
After each lesson, mark it as Complete from the lesson page. You will then be prompted to write a lesson report that is automatically sent to the family.
You can drag a lesson to another slot directly in your Calendar, or edit its details from the lesson page.
First, connect your Zoom account via the Add Zoom for free link in the sidebar. Then, the button to join the room appears directly on the lesson page, within 24 hours before the lesson.
Reports & documents
In the My Reports section of the sidebar menu. There you will find all reports you have written for your students.
In the Documents section of the sidebar, you can upload your documents (CV, degrees, teaching materials). You can also attach documents to a specific lesson from the lesson page in My Jobs.
Payment & account
In the Payment Orders section of the sidebar menu. You will find all your payments: amount, status (paid or pending), and transfer date. Your Dashboard also shows a summary with paid and pending amounts.
In the Expenses section of the sidebar, click Add Expense. Enter the description, amount, and category. The amount will be added to the family's next invoice and paid out to you.
From the My Profile tab at the top of your home page, scroll down to the Payout Bank Account section to update your bank information.
From the My Profile tab, click Edit to update your contact details, address, and description.
